Why this role is important?


We are hiring a Manager, Healthcare Outcomes and Evaluation


Reporting to the Senior Director, Healthcare Strategy & Analytics, the Manager is responsible for supporting the Sr. Director and Director in the team in developing evaluating frameworks including health and system outcomes, strategic initiatives and opportunities to drive strategy and growth.


The Manager will work with cross-functional teams to analyze and prioritize strategic initiatives, as well as the related roadmaps and execution plans.


What You'll Do:


  • Support the team in evaluating initiatives from planning to execution
  • Support development of communication materials for senior management across the enterprise and for external channels
  • Collect and analyze data to support strategies and decision-making
  • Support development of outcomes models, and other related business planning material
  • Use superior power point and written communication skills to create presentations which captivate senior leadership, cross-functional team members and potential partners
  • What You'll Need:


    • University degree with a concentration in Health Sciences (or similar program)
    • 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare sector with demonstrated success
    • Experience in program evaluation, health outcomes, and strategy preferred
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent power point and excel skills
    • Must be able to work with complex data sets to form analytic and reporting solutions
    • Ability to be proactive on high quality deliverables
    • Ability to work within a dynamic rapidly growing and evolving environment
    • Ability to work with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals
    • Ability to understand healthcare regulatory frameworks and healthcare ecosystem
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, combined with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
